The need of financial insurances is determined by the fact that the commercial activity is, by definition, submitted to various risks. Each year, dozens of hundreds of thousands of companies in  the world go bankrupt, having only debts towards the partners. The financial insurances are a relatively new form of insurance, appeared as a consequence of the narrowing process of the distinction between financial and insurance institutions. It is a relatively new concept, through which the insured eliminates his risks regarding financial losses, transferring them to an insurer.
