The customs taxes guarantee is a firm and irrevocable commitment undertook by the guarantor regarding the payment in favour of the beneficiary (customs office/general customs office) of the taxes (customs duty, VAT, excise tax) related to the goods placed in suspensive customs conditions, but not more than the limit of the insured amount.
